For all our concerts you can buy tickets online via the concert detail page or offline at Cactus Muziekcentrum - Bargeweg 10, 8000 Bruges (only during office hours) and at the box office at our concerts.

Presale ends one day before the show. After that, tickets can only be bought at the full fee, either online or at the door (as long as the concert is not sold out).

It is not possible to order or reserve tickets by phone.

You can pay both online and offline with your bank card (Bancontact/Mister Cash) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). When ordering online, the tickets will be forwarded via e-mail after successful payment. So be sure to enter a correct e-mail address. Did you not receive anything? Check your spam folder if you do not immediately find your ticket in your mailbox.

There is a handling cost per ticket. This is included in the price.

Print the tickets and bring them to the concert. They will be scanned by our staff at the entrance. Or take care of the invorenment and show your ticket(s) on the evening of the concert via your smartphone.

If a concert gets sold out during presale, we will announce it on the website. In this case, there will not be any more tickets available at the doors. If an event gets sold out at any given time at the doors, no additional people will be allowed inside, as a safety measure.

I bought a ticket but can no longer attend. What should I do?*
Through our official partner TicketSwap, you can sell your tickets without any worries, at www.ticketswap.be. We have an agreement with TicketSwap and guarantee a safe resale.

Can I resell my ticket?*

You certainly can via the reliable and secure channel TicketSwap. Tickets are re-personalised after purchase.

The concert I want to buy tickets for is sold out. What now?*
Ticketswap is the only safe way to buy second-hand tickets. When you buy a ticket via TicketSwap, you will receive a new QR code which ensures the ticket is securely transferred.

Buying tickets on TicketSwap:

1. Go to www.ticketswap.be and find the concert you would like to attend.
2. If tickets are available for the desired category, choose your tickets and follow the steps.
3. Once the payment is completed, you will receive the tickets by email or you can download them from the TicketSwap app.

Selling tickets on TicketSwap:
1. Go to www.ticketswap.be and log in or create an account under 'log in'.
2. Once you are logged in, click on 'sell tickets' in the top right and find the event you want to sell your tickets for.
3. Upload your tickets as a pdf document and indicate which tickets you want to sell. Please note, you must upload the entire pdf with all tickets. You can later choose which tickets you actually want to sell.
4. Set the selling price and provide your bank account number. You cannot resell a ticket at a higher price.
5. When your ticket is sold you will be notified via the application/email and the money will be transferred within three working days. You will also receive a new e-mail with the tickets that have not yet sold or will not be sold.

* Tickets at the youth rate can only be resold via TicketSwap to children and young people under 24. If you are older and therefore not entitled to the youth rate, you will be asked to pay a surcharge at the entrance.

* Tickets bought with Membership Card can only be resold via TicketSwap to owners of a Membership Card. If you do not have a Membership Card and are therefore not entitled have a reduction, you will be asked to pay a surcharge at the entrance.

Bought tickets are not reimbursable. Rights of withdrawal are not applicable to concert tickets (article 53 12° of the Economic Law Code Book VI).

Only when a club concert was moved to a different date and the new date is not possible for the customer, can a refund be requested. This is possible within 14 days of the new date being announced on our official channels by contacting us at tickets@cactusmusic.be.

Club concerts that are cancelled definitively will automatically be refunded to the bank account through which the tickets were bought. Bought tickets through a different channel than our website? Contact the point of sale for your refund.

Buying tickets through different channels than our official presale points is always at your own risk. Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw cannot be held liable for any abuse or problems with the tickets. It is prohibited to provide tickets to third parties for profit. If tickets have not been purchased through the official presale channels, Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw reserves the right to deny access if it sees reason to do so.

Administrative costs (handling costs) and taxes are included in the price of the ticket.

The tickets are reserved when you place an order. The tickets will only be sent after receipt of correct payment. If the order and/or payment has not been completed correctly, the tickets will be released again.

Our concerts are open to all ages unless otherwise noted on the concert detail page. Children and youngsters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when attending concerts. a minimum age of 16 years applies to all nightlife events. Visitors must be able to prove their age at all times by showing a personal document (ex. drivers license or rail card).

In accordance with legal provisions, Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw and its partners have the ability to include addresses of ticket buyers in their databases. Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw takes care of your privacy and applies the Belgian privacy law (Law of July 30, 2018 - concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data). Cactus Muziekcentrum vzw reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The changes will take effect as soon as they appear on the website.

• Telephone reservations are not possible.
• The code is strictly personal, non-transferable and usable only once per concert. You may be asked for identification at the entrance.
• While ordering, you can also order tickets for others, but the Membership card discount does not apply to these tickets.
• The personal code is also valid at the desk on concert nights.
• If you have lost or forgotten the code, give us a call and we will provide it again. At desk on concert nights we can always look up the code.
• The Membership Card does not guarantee access to sold-out concerts. Therefore, make sure to purchase or reserve your ticket in advance.
• The Membership reduction does not apply to concerts of an external organizer (venue rental). You can check on the concert's details page to see if a Membership reduction applies.
• Tickets purchased with Membership card can be exchanged on Ticketswap. If the buyer is not a memeber, they will be asked to pay a surcharge (the difference between the Membership ticket fare and the presale price).
• The Membership Card is valid for one full year (purchase date + 1 year). The moment you attend a concert for which the admission ticket was purchased with a Merbship Card at reduced rate, you must be able to present a valid Membership Card.

You're young and you want to catch some concerts without paying too much? Meet our youth rate. Youngsters under the age of 24 enjoy a €3 discount on the presale price of all the club concerts by Cactus*. You can easily order tickets online until the day before the concert. Go to the page of your concert of choice and click 'buy tickets'. Choose ‘Jongerentarief’ on the ticket page. At the entrance, you’ll just have to show your ticket accompanied by your ID. Easy peasy!

With the Bravo! ticket from NMBS, you can enjoy a 40% discount on your train ticket when traveling to a café or club concert organized by Cactus. Your concert ticket includes an NMBS discount code, which allows you to book a round-trip ticket (2nd class) to Bruges Station from any Belgian station starting 31 days before the concert. Return travel with this ticket is also valid the day after the concert.

Thanks to the UiTPAS with increased allowance rate, you receive an 80% discount on the base ticket price (excluding handling fee). Send an email to tickets@cactusmusic.be mentioning the concert you want a discount for and your unique UiTPAS number. The discount is valid for all concerts organized by Cactus Muziekcentrum, except for sold-out concerts. We cannot offer discounts for concerts organized by partner organizations.
