Behind the concept of Wuakmole are Diego Villa and Daniela Escudero. Villa is a Colombian chef with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 12 years in Barcelona’s demanding culinary scene. Escudero is a Mexican native who exchanged her background in art history for a passion for cocktails and pastry making. Together, they brought the authentic street food culture of their home countries to Bruges. At Wuakmole, you can experience the true spirit of Latin America right on your doorstep!

With a mix of descarga, boogaloo, cumbia, salsa, son cubano, chicha, merengue, bachata, and reggaeton from Mesoamerica and South America, he provides the perfect soundtrack.
