In April 2019, Sofie and Quinten opened their restaurant, driven by a shared passion for flavour and hospitality. Their mission: to surprise guests with exceptional products, remarkable flavours and unique culinary discoveries. The kitchen revolves around local organic vegetables, North Sea fish, shellfish and refined meat preparations. Pure, honest and creative, with respect for both the season and the producer.
