Time to celebrate! Cactus Café is blowing out two candles on Saturday June 6, and we’re celebrating the way we always do: with great records curated by BLVRD Magazine, refreshing drinks, a 10/10 atmosphere, and dancing into the early hours.

From 5 PM, BLVRD will once again take over the café for a birthday edition in the style of their DJ takeovers. We’ll kick things off on our rooftop terrace before moving the party indoors later in the evening, where the celebration will continue.

Gingerino and Hark Herberg will keep everyone well fed with pizzas and tacos, also starting from 5 PM.

Gingerino Pizza
Gingerino Pizza brings the authentic Neapolitan pizza culture to Cactus Café. They roll out their dough on the spot and bake the pizzas fresh in just 90 seconds until perfectly golden brown. Expect delicious, airy pizzas made exclusively with high-quality, fresh ingredients and lots of love.

Hark Herberg
At Hark Herberg, everything revolves around connection – with each other, with nature, and with the place we live in. For their tacos, they consciously choose local products and partners, because they believe in the strength of the local community and the people who are part of it.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do: from an eco-friendly approach to a selection of organic products. Hark Herberg wants to contribute to a healthy planet, today and tomorrow.

But above all, they want to bring people together. Young and old, people of all ages – everyone is welcome. Their mobile inn travels to where the people are, helping build a warm and connected community together.

You may know these two from their show ‘Soul Kitchen’ on Villa Bota, where they serve up a mix of soul, disco, funk and everything in between. Éowyn & Lil Josh kick off the evening with an uplifting northern soul mix.

Bruges-based DJ/producer Ennaw draws inspiration from jazz, house, minimal and techno, bringing groovy DJ sets to the dancefloor.

Mira selects music across different genres such as dembow, coupé-décalé, shatta and more. She aims to reclaim the dancefloor by putting many female artists at the forefront in a male-dominated field.

Soul, funk, disco and house are his playground, always with one goal in mind: keeping the dancefloor alive. His sets are not only a musical journey, but also a reflection of his love for the city and its vibrant nightlife.
