It fizzes, it screams, it loves, and when it starts, it makes everything move. That’s the short summary of the Dutch punk band L.A. Sagne. In April 2026, they’ll release their debut, but their reputation as the most exciting new guitar band in the Netherlands already precedes them. Come discover them before they completely explode! Or as they like to say themselves: "Well, well. Go on then. Shirt off and let’s go."
Due to a wrist fracture suffered by one of the band members, The Pill unfortunately has to cancel their show on 3 December at Cactus Café as part of Breaking Waves. We are working with the band to find a new date, more info will follow. Tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Breaking Waves on 3 December will go ahead as planned, with L.A. Sagne as headliner and Mitraille as support. Tickets for this show also remain valid. A win-win!

From the fertile Antwerp underground, the band Mitraille emerges. Since they burst onto the scene in 2018 with a sound that injects the energy of modern basement hardcore into angular, nervous garage and post-punk, the trio has steadily made a name for themselves. Think Uranium Club, but played by Motörhead roadies with anger management issues.
In September 2024, Mitraille released their second album, ‘MITRAIILLE’: twenty-three minutes of blistering garage punk, with detours into noisy power pop, overwhelming hardcore, psychy and catchy post-punk that above all drives relentlessly forward.
