Each week we invite a different chef for a weekend residency – seven unique crews in total, each with their own style. Don't expect a classic menu, but street food and sharing dishes. No etiquette, affordable food: you order straight from the chef and eat whatever you're craving. With a matching DJ on Saturday. They'll provide tunes that perfectly match the food.

Lieven is the chef and co-founder of Onslow. After 12 years running their own restaurant Lieven, he and his wife Rebecca launched Onslow with a playful, worldly, and accessible sharing concept.

Lieven’s cuisine is bold, flavorful, and unpretentious – which quickly earned him a Bib Gourmand. The atmosphere is lively, like a casual bistro. Cozy and vibrant! On the Cactus rooftop, Lieven and his team will be serving some of their instant classics.
