Each week we invite a different chef for a weekend residency – seven unique crews in total, each with their own style. Don't expect a classic menu, but street food and sharing dishes. No etiquette, affordable food: you order straight from the chef and eat whatever you're craving. With a matching DJ on Saturday. They'll provide tunes that perfectly match the food.

MOSH! recently exploded onto Sint-Jansplein with delicious smash burgers, natural wine, wild beer blends, and loads of attitude. The two founders, both former singers in hardcore bands, met thirty years ago in the mosh pit. Now, they're raising hell together in the kitchen. It's all about local craftsmanship and friendship here — from aged meat by Dierendonck to cocktails by Bar Ran and blends by Dust, with house-pickled pickles and a wide range of veggie options. MOSH! isn’t a burger joint, it’s a statement: loud, local, and straight from the heart of Bruges.
