What's the Cactus Membership card

With the Membership card you can go to concerts at Cactus Club or Cactus Café organized by Cactus Muziekcentrum at reduced price or even free!
You get up to 50% discount on the presale price of all club concerts organized by Cactus.
You can go for free to all the concerts in the Breaking Waves series.

For only €25 euros you will enjoy all the benefits for one year (day to day, not a calendar year)!

How to use the Membership card

After ordering and paying for your Membership card, you will receive a unique code by e-mail.
On our website you will find a button to order tickets in the calendar overview or on the detail page of each concert.
Click on 'Buy tickets'.
Click on 'Do you have a code?' and enter your code.
The ticket price will appear under the other ticket types.
Via 'next' you can complete the order.
After payment has been processed, the ticket will automatically be forwarded via email.
You have the choice to print the ticket or show it via your cell phone (save trees and choose the latter option).

Conditions

All questions regarding your Membership card can be sent to tickets@cactusmusic.be.
Telephone reservations are not possible.
The code is personal and can only be used once per concert. You may be asked to identify yourself at the entrance with your ID.
While ordering, you can also order tickets for others, but the Membership card discount does not apply to these tickets.
The personal code is also valid at the desk on concert nights.
If you have lost or forgotten the code, give us a call and we will provide it again. At desk on concert nights we can always look up the code.
If the concert is sold out and you did not order your ticket online, your Mebership card does not guarantee a ticket at the door. So buy your ticket in advance to be sure!
The Membership reduction does not apply to concerts of an external organizer (venue rental). You can check on the concert's details page to see if a Membership reduction applies.
Tickets purchased with Membership card can be exchanged on Ticketswap. If the buyer is not a memeber, they will be asked to pay a surcharge (the difference between the Membership ticket fare and the presale price).
